Hardwood floor cleaning
We rinse out the gunk that builds up in the grain and joints of a hardwood floor.
It's a true deep cleaning, and not to be confused with refinishing, which sands the floor down and starts over. We use as little moisture as possible, often relying on our Lindhaus machine. More challenging floors sometimes call for the truck-powered Butler System.
LVP and LVT cleaning and protection
Luxury vinyl has taken over much of the residential hard surface market.
It's incredibly resilient, and it avoids some of the moisture problems laminate sometimes had. Luxury vinyl comes in all kinds of styles and textures, and that texture is both the beauty and the challenge: soil settles into the pits and ridges, and the floor loses its charm if the deep-down soil isn't recovered thoroughly now and then.
We apply a HOT pretreatment to loosen the soil, scrub the floor mechanically if it needs it, then recover everything with the scalding hot water and monstrous suction of our van-powered Butler System. Luxury vinyl responds beautifully.
VCT stripping and waxing
Vinyl composite tile turns up wherever a very high shine and easy maintenance matter.
Retail, schools, hospitals and more. Leave it to The Clean Machine to strip off what is left of the old floor finish and restore tired-looking VCT to a brilliant, wet-looking shine.
