Tile and grout cleaning and sealing
Tile is one of the most resilient surfaces a home or business can install. The tile itself is usually easy to keep clean. It's the grout lines, where soil keeps getting pushed, that need us.
How it works
A pretreatment goes into the grout lines first, to loosen the soil resting there.
Then we scrub with a CRB (counter rotating brush) machine or a pole scrubber, and rinse with our high-pressure Turbo Spinner. The spinner essentially power-washes the grout lines, but in a contained way. Tile and grout are usually ready for traffic within minutes of cleaning.
Sealing
Grout is somewhat porous, so we often recommend sealing it after a cleaning. The sealer is effective for about a year at keeping solid and liquid soil out of the grout lines.

Questions
How much do you charge?
Pricing is most commonly quoted by the square foot cleaned, because every job is different and calls for its own cleaning regimen. There is a minimum charge of $250 plus tax per work order, and estimates are always free. We measure the areas to be cleaned when we arrive and tell you the total before any cleaning begins, so you know everything up front.
What method of payment do you accept?
Debit and credit cards, checks and cash. We do not accept checks in move-out situations. All payments are due at the time of service.
Get the grout back to its color.
Tell our assistant which rooms have tile, and whether you want it sealed.
