The Clean Machine did an AMAZING job on my carpets, sectional & ottoman. The sectional & ottoman looked like they did the day they were delivered. There were naughty pet stains on the dining room carpet & I thought it was ruined. It looks almost brand new now. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. Russ and Mel did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in our recently purchased home. There were a few dark spots in the carpet and they were able to remove them all and the high traffic areas look so much better. The carpets look amazing and we couldn't be happier. Russ and Mel were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful in going through the different options they provide during a cleaning. They were very efficient and careful with their work. We had a great experience using the Clean Machine. When I called to schedule, Melodie was very pleasant and gave us all the pricing information for carpet cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning, and she was able to get us scheduled within the week. The morning of the appointment, Russ sent a reminder text and was here right on time. He took measurements of the areas we wanted cleaned and then reviewed pricing and provided an estimate. Russ was a pleasure to work with, and was very good about keeping us informed about how and where he was going to start and also instructions on when we could move furniture back in place. We are very pleased with the results, our carpet looks snd smells like new again and our hardwood floors look beautiful as well!

Russ just left and I’m thrilled with my floors. The carpet looks brand new. He also cleaned my tile and grout in the kitchen and bathroom. The tile looks so much cleaner and the grout is back to it’s original color. I’ve lived in my home for 7 years and this is the first time they’ve been done. I don’t know if they have been done before. Russ is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. He was very knowledgeable and helpful by answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them to do any of your floor cleaning. Great job and totally satisfied!

I never, ever, give a 5 star review because I believe there is always room for improvement. As they say, there is a first time for everything! I have been considering replacing my carpet but decided to try a professional cleaning before spending the money...I'm so glad I did! Admittedly, my expectations were very high after enthusiastic recommendations from my neighbors; Russ/Clean Machine met and exceeded every single one. My 11 year old carpet looks, feels & smells (2 kids, a dog and a cat!) brand new! From setting the appointment, to preparation, to the final product, The Clean Machine is easily one of the best service companies I have ever worked with. He got stains out of my carpet that have been there for years, including red wine and paint! The only downside is I can't have it done weekly! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else!
